Nidra, deep healing relaxation
Yoga nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation, while still maintaining full awareness. The yogic goal of both deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation are the same, a state of deep relaxed meditative consciousness to help the natural healing process and transformation of the body, mind and soul.
